This unit is used.

It is in very good condition.
- This unit is fully functional and works well, except for occasionally
hanging when recording long segments of audio. I don't know if a firmware
upgrade might address this or not.
- There is a very small darkened area on the LED, near the upper left
corner. It does not hinder performance, and is visible mainly when the
unit is turned off. It is shown in the item photos above. Very minor.

retaliation for a deserved negative feedback that we gave a bad seller.
(He did not properly protect our purchase for shipment; It was a
major purchase of a very expensive color laser printer for our church, and it was shipped
unprotected; It was damaged in shipment, and the shipping insurance
coverage we paid for, was nullified because the item was not physically
protected for shipment).

the buyer can request a refund.

Damage incurred during shipping
can result in a claim on the shipping insurance, but not a refund from me.
